Teagle

Recently I visited the Taipei zoo. I never had so much fun visiting a zoo, not even when I was (much) younger.

I spotted some interesting bugs and other animals that live and breed in tea farms. One of which is the Crested Serpent Eagle (Spilornis Cheela).

It lives in the woods, mangrove forests as well as tea gardens. They tend to shriek when flying in the sky. Their major food is snakes, so in a way they keep our tea pickers (assuming it is not done by machine) from snake harm.
