The Olives
The first olives will be picked in just a couple of months.
(This year's olives are more than ever excited to get crushed & squeezed)
The Olive Mill & Visitors Centre
From the construction point of view, our visiting centre has just been finished.
In addition, we have just moved the world’s largest Boutique Olive press (Machine: Olio Mio, 1500 Kg/h) to a sound proof space at the “end” of visitors’ centre (it’s a large space). This is divided by a giant sound proof glass so the whole process is visible to the visitors.
Furthermore, there is just about over a month until everything has to be perfect for an entertaining and educative olive oil event that is to take place at our mill/visitors centre with all the “who is who” from the olive scene in Israel.
There will be free food.
